Day 1 Arrive at Crater Lake
Meet the group in Medford and travel together by shuttle to Crater Lake National Park. To start the tour off with a bang, you’ll take a hike along the crater rim for your first view of the astonishingly blue Crater Lake. Bring a camera!

Distance: 2.5 hours, 5 miles

Day 2 Mount Scott Climb
Your day will start with a scenic drive along the crater rim to the trailhead to ascend Mount Scott. Despite it being the highest point in the park, the climb will be a gentle ascent, and you will be wowed by the views of vast forested areas and Crater Lake from the top of this stratovolcano.

Day 3 Explore the Oregon Caves National Monument
Begin your day with a hike to Upper Annie Falls. Then you’ll be driven to the Oregon Caves National Monument, where you’ll hike through the forests of the Big Tree Loop. Tonight, you’ll move to your new lodgings in Grants Pass.

Day 4 Hike Mount Elijah
On your hike today, you’ll visit the Siskiyou Forest on your way up to Mount Elijah. Take in the spectacular view of nature surrounding you before descending back down into the meadows.

Distance: 3-4 hours, 6 miles
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 5 Cave Excursion
This morning, you’ll take a tour through the caves and learn about the history of their formation and the area. You’ll return above ground near the Cliff Nature Trail, where you’ll have some time to wander around before taking the shuttle back to Medford.
