Lombok Island Nature Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Senggigi
Arrive in Sengiggi and take an optional transfer to your hotel here. Unwind in your delightful hotel situated next to the beach and catch your first island sunset tonight to top it off.

Day 2 Visit Lingsar and Travel to Tetebatu
On the way to Tetebatu, you’ll visit Lingsar. Lingsar is the saint of two religions: Wetu Telu (a mixture of adat and elements from Islam) and Balinese Hinduism. Continue to the gardens of Narmada water park. This complex was built in 1805 by the King of Mataram. Here you’ll find a replica of the Gunung Rinjani and the Crater Lake Segara Anak with a temple for offerings that the King used when he became too old to climb the Rinjani-volcano.
In the late afternoon, you’ll arrive in Tetebatu. Your hotel is beautiful and located amidst vegetable gardens and tobaccos plantations at the foot of Mount Rinjani.

Day 3 Explore Traditional Lombok
Today is all about exploring traditional Ombok! Accompanied by a local guide you will take a hike through local villages, rice paddies, bamboo forests and to one of the beautiful waterfalls while trying to spot a local black monkey in the trees along the way. After your hike you will visit Pringgasela, a weaving village and enjoy a real “Sasak” meal. Then, drive to Masbagik, a village where people make pottery by traditional methods.

Day 4 Beautiful Drive to Senaru and Guided Hike
Today starts with a short but spectacularly beautiful drive through the remarkable dry east part of the island, as you make your way to Senaru. Senaru is rarely visited by tourists and makes up the north side of the island. An optional panorama walks around Senaru can be arranged here for this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
The beautiful fertile valley situated at the base of Mt Rinjani is the start of a beautiful, guided hike alongside the traditional inhabitants of this area. You will visit friendly villages along the road and will get an idea of how the people of Wetu Telu live nowadays. The local villagers are happy to meet and greet you in their homes.

Day 5 Discover Gili Air
You will be heading off towards Bangsal this morning for a magical day of adventures. Bangsal is the main departure point for small fishermen’s boats towards Gili Air Island just off the coast of Lombok.
Gili Air is just one of the three Gili Islands–Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan. Famous for its coral reefs, white sandy beaches, and waving palm trees, Gili Air provides excellent swimming, snorkelling and diving opportunities. This is an excellent place for spotting giant sea turtles as well as harmless reef sharks.

Day 6 Optional Activities on Gili Air
Another tranquil day on this beautiful island. Snorkel, dive or hike your way around this island paradise, drinking fresh coconut water and enjoying one of the world’s greatest sunsets. An optional visit to Bali is also recommended today!

Day 7 Depart
This morning your tour comes to an end after breakfast. Opt to take a fast ferry ride across the strait of Lombok to Bali in less than 2 hours. Alternatively, you can go by outrigger boat to the mainland of Lombok and fly out from Mataram airport.
