Day 1 Arrival in Bad Dürkheim
After arriving in Bad Dürkheim, you will meet up for a welcome briefing and bike fitting. Afterwards, a short walk to the old town and the beautiful spa park is a great way to spend the evening.

Day 2 Explore Vineyards and Wineries
Today’s stage is devoted to the Pfaelzer wines. The bike tour will lead you through vineyards and wine villages to the secret German wine capital Neustadt. Through the most beautiful wine villages of the Northern Wine Road, Wachenheim and Deidesheim, you will cycle back to Bad Dürkheim.

Day 3 Experience the History and Culture of Speyer
Today’s route will first take you along the River Rhine, following the Old Rhine arms to reach the old imperial city of Speyer. The cathedral and the art museum are cultural highlights that should be visited before cycling through the Böhler Forest and on the Kaiser Konrad bike trail back to your hotel.

Day 4 Cycle the Wine Road to Landau
On day 4 of the tour you will find many romantic wine villages on the route. St. Martin is like a picture book town and Edenkoben was once a summer residence of the Bavarian kings! Also within this romantic area is the wine road leading up to the French fortress of Landau. Return journey by train on your own (costs about € 10, – including bike).

Day 5 Travel Back in Time While Visiting Freinsheim and Grünstadt
After a short bike ride, you will soon reach Freinsheim with its baroque town hall. You will then continue through the wine town of Grünstadt to the medieval castle Neuleinigen. Anyone wanting to cycle up the steep slope to the castle can later strengthen themselves in the castle tavern and enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding area. The tour will continue through the vineyards and back to Bad Dürkheim.

Day 6 Vineyards and Wine Tasting
Local wineries are on the agenda for the last day of cycling. Not only will you visit the biggest wine barrel in the world, but you will also enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Back in Bad Dürkheim, you will find a wine tasting event organized for you at the winery Fitz-Ritter.
