Hiking & Spa in the Pyrenees Itinerary
Day 1 Welcome!
You’ve finally arrived in the Pyrenees! It’s time to settle into your comfortable room at the Maison d’Hourstentut and get your bearings in this charming accommodation. At the end of the day, a coordinator will join you to present the plans for the days of adventure and relaxation ahead.
In the evening, you will taste the gastronomic delights of the region for the first time before falling asleep peacefully to the gentle sound of the river flowing nearby.

Day 2 Hike the Ridges of Bidour and Relax in Aquensis
After this first night in your mountain accommodation, you are ready to head for the mountain paths! To warm up, your mountain guide will accompany you on the Ridges of Bidour, a superb adventure between the Aure Valley and the Campan Valley which will give you the opportunity to discover the environment that will be yours during the week.
At the end of the afternoon, you can enjoy the relaxation area of Aquensis in Bagnères and its many pools: a large lively pool with a swan neck, a counter-current, a whirlpool, and a waterfall!

Day 3 Night Hike to the Pic du Midi de Bigorre
You can climb the famous Pic du Midi de Bigorre at an altitude of 2877 metres today (or opt for cable car). When you arrive up there during the day, you can enjoy the panoramic terrace and the breathtaking view it offers you over the entire Pyrenees Mountain range. Entertainment, pontoon in the sky, a visit to the astronomy museum and souvenir photos are of course on the program.
As the first rays of the setting sun appear, you take a seat in the “2877” restaurant where a private buffet of local products is offered by the chef. After this high-altitude tasting, you will enjoy the sunset before returning home. On foot and with a headlamp, you will begin the night descent with your guide and the millions of stars that surround you.

Day 4 Hike to the Lac Bleu or in the Vallon d’Arizes and Duo Massage
After breakfast and a picnic from your hosts, you reach the start of a memorable hike to the blue lake at the Arizes Valley. After hiking through woods and wild plains, you will discover the deepest lake in the Pyrenees which gives it its breathtaking color and a picture-perfect view of the Pic du Midi, this emblematic peak is the symbol of an entire region.
At the end of the day, a duo massage is waiting for you!

Day 5 Hike to the Campana de Cloutou Lake and Relax in the Balneotherapy
Now that you are well settled in the hotel and have taken your bearings, your guide will take you on a hike to the lake and refuge of Campana de Cloutou, a domain of water, granite and hook pines. The pace is leisurely and the breaks are an excuse to talk about what surrounds you: pastoralism, endemic fauna and flora of the Pyrenees of course!
The enchanting environment of this area never leaves you indifferent, as the tranquility is great. On the way down, you will reach the thermal leisure centre for a last relaxing bath that will relieve the few aches and pains of the stay.

Day 6 Hike to Courtaou d’Ordincède, Yoga and departure
Last day, last hike! Today, at the Courtaou d’Ordincède, witness an important pastoral past and remarkable belvedere on the Haut-Adour which will leave you with a superb image of this preserved and wild corner of the Pyrenees.
In the afternoon, before your departure, you can join a discovery yoga session in order to prolong the pleasure of tranquility and well-being and leave feeling serene and relaxed.
