Day 1 Arrival in Pisa
From the moment you arrive at your hotel in Pisa, you’ll be beckoned by the city to explore. Drop your bags and head out to stroll along the banks of the Arno River, admiring the pastel houses and chapels beside you. Sit down for dinner at one of the great local restaurants, and don’t forget to try the local Chianti wine and olive oil!

Day 2 Choice of rides in Pisa
Today, you can choose between a short or long ride to sightsee in Pisa. The short ride starts in the centre of Pisa, where you can stop in the famous Miracle Square and snap a photo with the leaning tower. Quintessential Pisa! Then, you’ll ride past the churches, palaces, and squares at a relaxed pace. The longer route heads to the countryside at the foot of Monte Serra. Hop off the bike for a moment to appreciate the grandiose Certosa of Calci monastery, built in 1366. Inside, there is a wonderful natural history museum worth a few hours’ exploration. Then, you’ll head back to Pisa to see Miracle Square and the leaning tower.

Day 3 Cycle to Lucca

Day 5 Cycle to Vinci via Fucecchio
Today, your cycling trip takes you deep into the Padule of Fucecchio nature reserve, which is the largest inland wetland in Europe. The greenery envelopes you, and you’ll breathe in the calming scent of nature as you look for migratory birds and other wildlife. Then, you’ll arrive in Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci.

You can fly directly to Pisa (PSA). Take the train directly to San Guiliano Terme (Pisa). You can also fly into Florence (FLR), and from the Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station, take the direct train to San Guiliano Terme. You’ll need to change trains in Pisa Centrale.
