Day 1 Welcome Meeting in Montseny
Get ready for the week ahead with a welcome meeting in Montseny. This is your chance to prepare, ask questions, collect your information, and go over the route with a tour representative.
Ready to go, you’ll spend the evening enjoying Montseny at your leisure.

Day 2 Natural Park of Montseny
Set out from Montseny after breakfast, hiking into the nearby natural park and biosphere reserve. You’ll pass through holm oak forests with birds overhead and animals around you. You’ll finish strong with a bit of a hill, but you’ll be well rewarded with a great view over the Pyrenees.

Day 3 Cliff Views and Wild Trails
You’ll enjoy a bit of an easier walk today, but the scenery is guaranteed to impress. Walk up to the Cingles de Berti cliffs, dramatic rocky formations that are definitely worth a photo. Continue along a trail with spectacular views across the Congost River and the Montseny massif- unforgettable!
You’ll hike past historical sites, through terraced fields, and past waterfalls. You’ll be picked up and driven to your hotel at the end of your trail.

Day 4 Forest Hikes
After savouring your breakfast and coffee, you’ll begin hiking through pine forests and pretty fields. Most of today will be spent on lovely forested trails. Your accommodations tonight are a small welcoming guesthouse, where the owner, Teresa, and her family await your arrival.

Day 5 Classic Catalonian Landscapes
Got your camera all ready to go? You’re going to want it today! You’ll be admiring the Catalonian Serralada Litoral Mountains all day, and the rolling mountains, carpets of wildflowers, and ancient ruins interspersed with quaint villages will delight you.
You can climb up to La Mola peak (optional) if you want a real birds-eye view, and then it’s down to Mura, a medieval village nestled into the rolling hills.

Day 6 Sant Llorenç Natural Park
Saying goodbye to Mura, you’ll walk through a sparsely-populated region mostly dominated by Mediterranean pine forests. The hidden gem of Sant Llorenç Natural Park is waiting to be discovered by you, so spend some time strolling its dramatic rock formations.
You won’t want to leave the park, but dinner and time to rest in Rellinars will be welcome tonight.

Day 7 Mountains of Montserrat
Begin the morning by setting out towards the monastery with Montserrat mountain silhouetted behind. The mountain will be your ever-present companion today as you ascend to the El Cavell Bernat, El Serrat de les Barretines, and El Serrat del Vent rock formations.
If climbing all the way up to Montserrat Monastery is too much today, you can take the train from Monistrol de Montserrat (not included) to shorten your trip.
