Taste and Walk Catalonia Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Poblet
Once you’ve made it to Poblet, you’ll have a welcome meeting to get all the information you need for your tour. At 6pm you will enjoy a wine tasting at the local monastery shop, tasting wines of the Conca de Barerà appellation of origin.

Day 2 Poblet Monastery and Les Masies
After a brief transfer to Montblanc, time to get walking! Begin by heading towards Poblet, taking some time to enjoy the extraordinary views from the Sant Joan Chapel up on a cliff. You’ll pass another chapel before arriving in Les Masies. This is where you’ll stay tonight, but you can continue on a bit further to check out the Poblet Monastery, a stunning stone structure with lovely ornate windows and arched walkways.

Day 3 Olive Groves and Vineyards
Today’s going to be tasty! You’ll walk through a scenic natural area to the Tallat Monastery, a local guide joining you to teach you about the history here. Leaving the monastery, it’s on to Vallbona, where a picnic lunch and wine tasting awaits in the splendid vineyards.
After one of the best picnics you’ve probably ever had, it’s onwards to Rocallaura, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 4 Santes Creus Monastery
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to shorten your walk a bit, beginning in the hamlet of Vallespinosa. Walk through a forest on a quiet, solitary path to Pont d’Armentera. Stop for a local lunch here, enjoying any of the restaurants that catch your eye. Then, it’s on to Santes Creus, where the last monastery of the Cistercian order awaits your visit.

Day 5 Walk Along the Coast
Today you will depart for Tarragona, enjoying a beautiful walk along the coast that includes the watchtower of la Móra and the coastal forest of la Marquesa. After taking in the incredible seaside scenery, you will arrive at your accommodation on foot.

Day 6 Tarraco Romana and Departure
On the final day of the tour you will have the chance to explore the Roman ruins of Tarragona and the numerous boutique shops in town. There are also a number of beaches nearby to visit and dip your toes in the Mediterranean. Individual departure by train or private transfer.
