Saguenay Fjord Family Sea Kayaking Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Kayak to the Fjord of Saguenay
Meet your guide at 11:30am at Fjord en Kayak office. With their help, you will pack all your equipment in your provided dry bags. Next, you’ll undergo introductions, familiarize yourself with the equipment and undergo a warm-up session with a safety and rescue review. Finally, set off around 1pm! Begin your first paddle towards the Fjord of Saguenay to look at the majestic Caps Liberté. Sleep on the shores of the fjord at L’Anse de la Tabatière campsite and enjoy a tasty dinner around a campfire.
Overnight Location: Campsite on the shores of the fjord
Distance: 8-12km
Meals: Lunch, dinner
Day 2 Kayak back to civilization
Enjoy a healthy breakfast before setting off for the day. Watch for the harbor seal, who likes to follow the kayaks as you paddle. You will have a lunch break at L’anse à Aimable. Expect to return to civilization around 3:00pm.

This tour is based in tents. Spend the evening falling asleep to nature’s white noise while resting a tent atop a wooden platform.
