Day 1 Arrive
From Palermo airport, a private transfer will take you to your start point in the beautiful village of Scopello.
This enchanting coastal village provides the perfect introduction to the breathtaking Sicilian landscape, with its dramatic coastline sculpted by nature over millennia. Beaches and pristine coves are yours to discover on your first day in Scopello. Visit the fascinating Tonnara, a tuna fishery (now remodelled) dating back to the 13th century.

Day 2 Walk the Zingaro Nature Reserve Loop
Today’s walk unfolds on the beautiful paths of the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The reserve, which extends on the Gulf of Castellammare’s western side, is located in the splendid area of San Vito Lo Capo.
Walking the path that traces the pristine shoreline, you’ll walk among limestone cliffs overlooking the sea and stunning coves carved over centuries by wind and sea. Views of Mount Speziale (the highest point of the reserve) tower 913m (2995 ft) above and are a sight to behold.
Today’s walk will show you how wild and beautiful Sicily is, surrounded by the Mediterranean bush’s vibrant colours and the deep blue of the sea. You’ll become pleasantly acquainted with the beauty of the landscape, igniting your anticipation for the days of walking still to come.
If a shorter walk appeals to you today, an option to shorten the route from 20 km to 14 km is available.

Day 3 Walk the Westernmost Part of Sicily, Trapani
Today you’ll discover the magical place where two seas collide. The Mediterranean and Tyrrhenian Seas meet in the area of Trapani, but before heading there, you’ll take a transfer to the ancient medieval village of Erice.
A walk through the Monte Erice woods will have you in the company of gorgeous Mediterranean pines, ancient oaks, and fragrant eucalyptus trees.
Continuing to Trapani, you’ll enjoy the rest of the day discovering its historic center that spans a scenic peninsula, stretching out to the sea and concluding at a small harbour. The port comes alive each morning here with a bustling fish market—an excellent dose of local Sicilian culture and tradition.

Day 4 Discover Favignana Island
After breakfast, a transfer by boat (not included) will take you to Favignana, the largest and most important island of the five Egadi Islands off the coast of Sicily.
The five mountainous islands, also known as “the islands of goats”, comprise the Egadi Archipelago off the west coast of Sicily in the Mediterranean Sea.
Spend your day exploring this Meditarranean paradise, walking its pristine stretches of white sand and navigating its beautiful sea caves. Cala Rossa is said to be one of the most beautiful beaches here and catching a sunset from Punta Lunga this evening is a must!
A boat transfer will take you back to Trapani where you’ll spend another delightful evening.

Day 5 Discover Levanzo Island
Your second adventure in the Egadi Archipelago awaits today with an excursion to the island of Levanzo. A short transfer by boat (not included) will take you.
This extraordinarily quaint island settlement is an experience you won’t soon forget. With only two hundred inhabitants, it boasts a collection of trails providing panoramic views of the sea and nearby islands. A visit to the Grotta Del Genovese is highly recommended; here you’ll find prehistoric paintings and engravings from the paleolithic period.
Following your discovery of Levanzo, a short boat transfer (not included) will take you back to Trapani for your final evening there.

Day 6 Walk in the Segesta Archeological Park
Today’s adventure on foot is dedicated to exploring the archeological treasures of Segesta, an ancient city steeped in Hellenic tradition.
Surrounded by rolling hills, the park sits in a scenic valley and is home to a theatre dating back to the 3rd century BC. History has been perfectly preserved here, and a hemicycle found on the rocky slopes of Mount Barbaro (with a diameter of 63m) is yours to explore.
Walking to the base of the valley, you’ll discover the perfectly preserved Temple of Segesta, belonging to ancient Elymians (indigenous peoples of Sicily). This masterpiece built of 36 columns from ochre limestone rock towers magnificently against the green rolling hills surrounding Bernardo and Barbaro mountains.
After this spectacular visit, a private transfer will take you to Palermo for your final overnight stay on the tour.

Day 7 Immerse Yourself in Palermo

Its charm is palpable, and Palermo is the perfect place to spend a day of in-depth exploring.
