Trekking the Karawanks Itinerary
Day 1 Hiking on Mt Begunjščica
Start your adventure in beautiful Bled! You’ll probably want to spend some extra time before or after your tour in this fairytale town.
After a quick welcome briefing in the morning, you’ll be transferred to the start of your hike. Take the scenic trails through the Baron tunnels and up to the Roblek Mountain Hut.
Overnight Location: Mountain hut on Mt Begunjščica
Distance: 3-5 hours

Day 2 High Mountain Trail to Mount Stol
Follow the high alpine trail from your hut across to Mount Stol. You’ll enjoy panoramic views along the trail that are unobstructed as you hike above the treeline.
Your walk will bring you to Prešernova Mountain Hut, which is perched on the south side of Mount Stol.

Day 3 Trek Across Golica
Walk across the green ridges as you hike to the Golica Hut. In the spring, this mountain is famous for being carpeted with white daffodils, but the scenery is outstanding any time of year!
Relax at the mountain hut just above the trees for the rest of the day.

Day 4 Walk to Mountain Villages
Your trek will continue across the high mountain trails until you begin to descend to the tranquil mountain village of Dovje and Mojstrana. This is where you’ll meet the driver that will transport you back to Bled where your tour concludes.
