Wine and Cuisine Tour of Argentina itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Mendoza
Your adventure begins in Mendoza, the perfect gateway to Argentinian wine country. You’ll be picked up at the airport and enjoy dinner in one of the city’s most renowned restaurants.
Overnight Location: Hotel in Mendoza
Meals: Dinner
Day 2 Olive Oil and Wine of Mendoza
Mendoza and the surrounding area produce excellent wine and olive oil, and today will focus on both. Visit the local olive oil factory, stop in at a handful of wineries, and enjoy lunch along the way. Today will be equal parts delicious and relaxing!
Note: The regular Wine and Olive tour is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Day 3 Uco Valley Wineries
In the morning, you’ll depart Mendoza for the nearby Uco Valley, the wine country of Argentina. The altitude and climate of the region contribute to unique flavours, and you’ll visit three emblematic wineries today. Enjoy a delicious lunch with carefully chosen pairings before returning to Mendoza in the evening.
Note: The Uco Valley Experience operates in shared service on Thursdays and Sundays. Salentein Winery and Espacio Killka remain closed on Mondays.

Day 4 Salta City Tour
Say farewell to Mendoza and board a flight to Salta, where you’ll take a city tour. Marvel at the gorgeous colonial architecture, churches, and busy streets here. This evening, you’ll make a stop at the High Mountain Archaeology Museum and have dinner at a restaurant dedicated to high altitude cuisine.
Note: The Town Hall and the MAAM close on Mondays. San Miguel’s market closes on Sundays.

Day 5 Province of Jujuy
Spend the morning exploring Jujuy province, an area defined by unusual rock formations. Get to know the Humahuaca Gorge, a Cultural and National Heritage Site.
Return to Salta at the end of an adventurous day.

Day 6 De Las Conchas Gorge and Cafayate
Begin the day with a departure to Cafayate, where your first destination is the De Las Conchas Gorge, where wind and water erosion have carved unique shapes into the land. Next, you’ll head to Finca Quara to have a tasting at the local winery and eat lunch made with regional ingredients.
You’ll spend tonight in Cafayate.

Day 7 Wine Museum and Buenos Aires
Before leaving Cafayate, you’ll make a stop at the Vine and Wine Museum. You can imagine what the exhibitions are about here! You’ll learn to cook empanadas and enjoy some wine with your hard-earned lunch.
Note: The Vine and Wine Museum closes on Mondays.
Later in the afternoon, you’ll drive to the airport and fly to Buenos Aires.

Day 8 City Tour of Buenos Aires
Today is all about Buenos Aires! Visit the top sites in the city, stopping along the way to taste some of the local best- particularly the unexpectedly delicious pizza!
In the evening, you’ll enjoy a gastronomic experience centred around the meat of the Argentinian Asado. Bellies full, you’ll retire to your hotel in the evening.
Note: Fogón Asado Experience closes on Mondays.
